Veken's Statement of Compliance on Due Diligence for Responsible Mineral Supply Chains

Veken Technology Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries (hereinafter referred to as "Veken") are committed to and committed to procuring mineral raw materials used in products in a responsible manner. The company adopts a responsible attitude in procurement to ensure that the conflict metals such as tantalum, tin, tungsten, gold, cobalt, and mica contained in the manufactured products will not directly or indirectly provide funds or benefit armed groups that trample on human rights in conflict areas. Through due diligence on the source and chain of supervision of these metal minerals in the supply chain, risk identification and assessment, and promotion of supply chain improvement, the company's supply chain is ensured to comply with the requirements of the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas and the Due Diligence Management Guidelines for Responsible Mineral Supply Chains in China.
Our company has established the company's management system in accordance with the latest requirements of the guidelines, formulated the "Conflict Mineral Management Procedure", and communicated the latest responsible mineral due diligence policy and procurement requirements to all suppliers and incorporated the relevant requirements into the legally binding agreements reached with direct suppliers. In accordance with the procedures, we track the sources of the products that use minerals in the purchased products and conduct responsible mineral due diligence. The survey results show that Veken's existing responsible mineral supply chain is healthy and meets the requirements of the guidelines.
The due diligence management of responsible minerals is a process of continuous improvement. Veken will continue to be committed to fulfilling its corporate social responsibility and always implement the policy of not using or supporting the use of conflict minerals.
